| I went out on a shore dive with Dawn of Seasearch last summer, at Weyborne. Off the beach at low tide you can see the rosellie wreck. Its ~6m deep but a nice bimble with plenty to look at, once you've done the seasearch course.
I never got out of Wells/Cley, so don't know where the wreck is there.
Try the local BSAC clubs. I know West Norfolk dive off RHIBS lots over the summer.
