So there was my lovely Greenforce on the Countess going "blinkity blink blink blink" . Sometimes off, other times on but mostly "blinkity blink blink blink"
I gave it a thorough clean and grease but while the blinking seemed less the lumens clearly weren't right so I gave Rob a call.
After patiently listening to my explanations and taking me through some testing he ascertained it's the umbilical and straight away tells me to send it back and he'll send me a replacement by return.
No question, no hassle and no delay. It can't get much better than that. Totally stress free and perfect customer service
