A DIR diver TECH1 did this to me in Stony Cove I seem to remember Andy Carrol was less than impressed with him

The buddy Diving System is by definition a pair of divers oporating as a single unit, each being responsible for the others safety both above and below the water. It is one of the most basic safety precautions in Sports diving.

You and your buddy have a responsibuility to each other. For the Buddy system to work you must take it seriously (but still have fun) and work at staying together underwater
I put them both up as i wasent sure if it was a PADI or a BSAC instructor you hadent listened to before. Out of curiosity why do you feel the GUE instructor saying this has any more impact?
