| Unfortunately it’s us the end user that lets the government and garage owner get away with high full cost
The full protest in 2000 was the worst thing that could have happened. Because it showed all governments how much people would pay for fuel , i saw car’s bikes van queuing up at any petrol station that had fuel and i mean at 2/3/4 o’clock in the morning just to be able to buy 10 litres, i also saw prices at £ 2.50 per leter and people still willing to pay this.
I have just come home from work, put in my normal amount of fuel in for a night‘s work
But had to queue behind people panic buying, i have just seen 2 cars at the pump’s with there owners bouncing there cars up and down to get 0.5 of a litre in their tanks.
The only way that all of us could force down the price of fuel, is do not buy it
If any of you’s that live in London in the 90ts and can remember when Livingstone made it a max of 10p on busses
Fuel prices came down over night, it seems a long time now but, fuel (for me petrol) came down f from over 50p a litre to under 35p a litre, as people were using the busses and not there car’s
Until all of us say F””k you and i don’t gave a toss about my bills and repaying the bank or building society what i owe them on my house or flat., I will not take any family holidays
I will not go diving i am also not going out for a meal with family or friends. I will not go to the pub or club for a beer or two, i could go on and on, but this is probably getting a bit boring for all that are reading it.
All what i have said here is not going to happen, we live in a cappitil list society
So fuel will go up and up cost of living will go up.
Where i am coming from is, my father was a docker in the London docks , i can remember me being the eldest, that i had to put a meal in front of my younger brother and sister ( i was only 8 at the time) because my mother and father were outside the dock gates fighting for their rights to work all we had in the flat was Quaker oats and sterilized milk , for any who can remember this stuff , i will say no more, for those that don’t you are lucky. It did not matter to us that we did not have a pot to piss in or that my mother or father could not pay the rent, we all lived in council housing
And at the time the council would not chuck you out for none payment of rent. In fact they would help you, if you had hit hard times.
But times have change now. we all want more out of life for us and for our kid’s (you’s that don’t have kids now. Will want the same when you have them)
So the point is, we all will complain like F **k, but we all will all still pay whatever price they charge us for fuel food and beer wine and a wee glass or two.
I was once told by a very wise man that fuel is the cheapest thing that you put in a vehicle
And i still think that he was right
Safe diving
