Have the same, and take salbutamol prior to diving as recommended by my diving doctor. Never had a bend, well never had a treatable bend, but have suspicion of having had a mild one a couple of years back due to diving in a 3mm in stoney, in late october, put it down to getting royally cold, but the DDRC told me to get a neuro which was fine, so no further action taken. SInce then done a fair few dives and never noticed a problem.
I actually prefer to take a steroid inhaler as it prevents the likelihood in advance. My doctor says with the two combined i shouldnt be seeing any problems.
