I have been thinking about this NO thing and DCS.
How about you do us ALL a favour and test it for all the bodybuilder/divers out there
Generally, After a day of deep diving, I find working out pretty in effective. Especially after screwing up on decompression.....
IMHO go do your workouts early in the morning 2 or 3 hours before your boat leaves. That should give you more than enough time to feel safer. (And I do mean FEEL safer, as there is nothing to suggest any danger)
