I don't want to cause any trouble and will shut up if you ask.

My views are from the customer not the seller. Maybe what I say could be of help to you and that is my intention.

Your first page and all the following show the price as -
Windows, Linux: $85 / €65 / £45

The very last line on the first page 'small print' says about tax being incurred. In my opinion this is very misleading and is probably the intention.

I like v-planner and will probably buy it one day.

I guess what really riles me is that everyone I know who has it got it for free and offered it to me. I decided to pay for it because I thought it was the right way. I feel like I got a pie in the face.

Whatever the EU tax law, small print , other companies etc etc say - if you don't want to lose 'some' of your customers. Be a bit more honest about the final price.

The above is written with good intentions.
