The only way to control it is by avoiding certain foods like prawns and shellfish generally, red meat, liver, crisps peanuts etc. Drink 1 large glass of red wine every day.

Even then its down to your liver how much cholesterol you produce not your level of fitness.

No peanuts? FFS, is life worth living ............... I suppose my friend could manage a glass of red wine a day (so long as it is in 'addition to' rather than 'instead of').
