If you look at the config you'll have chosen a value for the stop times (looks like 1 min for you) and a value for the stop size (looks like 3M). These are used to calculate the deco stops and it will round up to the nearest minute in terms of stop time and each stop will be 3M shallower based on your settings.

My understanding of the "deep" settings is that you can choose to double the depth between stops (to 6M) and/or halve the stop time (to 30 secs) for what is classed as the deep portion of the dive. This lets you tweak and shape the ascent profile.

It's hard to comment on one entry from the resulting profile without knowing the rest of the config. E.g. what ascent/descent rates are you using, what conservatism, what SI, etc.

...but yes, the stop depths and times do assume you follow the run time (and therefore the ascent rate). If you don't then the profile isn't valid
