| I had a similar problem with mine it was a loose connection. Slide off the outer casing, to expose the battery. Get a small allen key or screwdriver and retighten the charging posts, where they come through the black plastic base, they come loose and do not make connection to the PCB. You may only get half a turn, but you should find it charges. Hope this helps.
