Before you ask how I know this, I'm a Pharmacist, so I deal with these things all the time.
Hollister do adhesive remover pads Hollister - UK: - Continence Care Products they might even send you a free sample.
A lot of my patients use these to clean off the glue residue. They used to do a spray one as well - not sure if this would dissolve the glue on and 'in situ' device, but might be worth asking about - their helpline people are really good, so might be worth a call
