Talking

We have carpet througout all our rooms, apart from the porch and utility. We also have 2 x collie crosses who are very lively and are taken out twice a day.
We have a very large kitchen/dining room now (completed last year) and have that fully carpeted.

So, far we have no problems with muck etc., however, with a Newfie I guess one of the main problems will be slobber. I used to be a dog obedience trainer and one of my pupils had 2 Newfies who she used to do trials with. They stank and slobbered everywhere. So, how are you going to protect all your belongings from getting covered in the "slimey stuff!" Even if you get good flooring.
