A Guy called Randy Pausch talking about his career and acheiving his childhood dreams, he was a professor in Virtual Reality and was clearly a brilliant leader/teacher but he had been diagnosed with terminal cancer and this was his last lecture. Absolutely amazing, left me wishing I had met him.
