Despite being a total tool he did participate on some very funny exchanges on Techdiver, brought DIR to the public arena and then got disowned just because he insulted the odd person or ten  I thought he was funny but clever and a lot of the people that caught the wrong side of his vitriol deserved it. Nothing much to add except on cold dark nights i envisage the GUE gliterati discussing how to put GUE on the map and coming up with George's Internet persona as the answer.
We like extremes it seems. We don't want wishy washy liberals we either want in your face people or cuddly nice people.
