If you O2 clean them they are fine for 100%, the reason why viton orings are used for replacing standard ones is that they break down slower than normal orings, Ive used the standard Kits for all my stage and nitrox regs with no problems. Its like the Poseidon Xstreams, they all are the same from the factory except different covers, one for air (black), yellow(for 50%) and the white for 100%, theres no difference in the oring or lube used, technically they are all O2 clean, Ive used MK25/S600's from the box up to 80% and never a problem.

This is definatly not true, if ther reg was serviced in the past using silcone grease then it is a possable ignition point for the o2.
O2 clean means nothing inside the reg has flamable grease that could cause a o2 flash or fire. When o2 regs are cleaned only a o2 compatable grease is ever used (if done by a profesional and not someone in their shed)
