Absolutely. I just did my first dives in dark, v.low viz since my incident Silted up in a wreck at 30m and found that I was a different diver altogether. Plan now if viz is crap at the bottom is to always line off the shot. We did a small penetration using wreck reels and all went well. I also thumbed a dive where it was pitch black, with <1m viz as you literally could not see a thing. I thought whats the point we are down here to see stuff and I cant see fook all. Before the incident I would have pushed through it not wanting to thumb it. I suppose the difference between bravery and stupity is hindsight.
