Slightly off topic, but has anyone had issues with DS4's not sealing properly?
I have one that doesn't seem to want to form a good seal on my stage, the 1st stage and cylinder are both 232 bar fittings and the o ring looks good.
Make sure that the din fitting has inadvertantly come loose from the reg - this happens a lot and is something to check.
Check both sealing surfaces of the O ring. Also is the face of the DS4 DIN fitting dented? I had a scubapro like this with a diver last week it would seal on the left post but sealed on the right post of his twinset OK, ended up with a weird configuration though! (All other regs sealed on both these posts OK so the reg was the problem in this case!)

Personally I use all 300bar din fittings on all my twins and deco tanks except a set of twin 15 steelies that has a scubapro 232 bar manifold and valves I have sometimes had problems with seals on this but usually due to dirt inside the valve on the sealing face.
