I have a hurty shoulder.

Some time ago, I got assaulted and left with a few injuries including rotator cuff damage to my right shoulder. It was eventually sorted out but recently it's become painful and and I have restricted movement in my right arm. So this morning I went to my Dr to have a steroid injection. The needle was at least 8 inches long*(hardly the little prick the Dr mentioned but I may have misunderstood what he was talking about) but I was a brave little soldier and hardly cried at all.

The steroid will take time to work so I have a few days of discomfort ahead and diving looks unlikely. So considering that I've had a 3 foot** long needle shoved through my shoulder joint, I believe the ladies of YD are obliged under the sympathy for poorly blokes act (1847) to shower me with attention and TLC. I'm not too bothered what form this should take but will green the most amusing and or smutty attempts to cheer me up.
