Cant see the more extreme Body Modifications making it onto the street the same way Tattoos have taken off recently - though maybe I'm wrong, the attitude to 'tats changed fairly quickly, I'm sure we'll see someone like David Beckham or Kate Moss taking part in suspension or more extreme forms of modifications and it'll be in vogue...
(Not that I'm bothered by such things...obviously )
