ava mars

The disiness is usually called boat rock as your body adjusted to the boat and sea it then had to revert back again. Also some people even very fit people get headaches due to low sugar content when diving and to remedy this some just have a mars bar or similar prior to a dive.Im not a doc and your symptoms could be something completely different. I know someone whos a triathlete and started diving and got a headache everytime below 18 metres tried everything doctors, hospital, specialists too. Couldn't find anything wrong then called shop before a dive one day we got a couple of mars bars he had one (though he doesnt usually eat chocy due to his diet) had a brill dive no headache. so now hes a predive mars addict. just something to maybe try and think about. good luck.
