| Anyeon know where I can get a look at one of the scrubbers? Isn't it radial? That would be nice, and the whoe unit's not stupid expensive, so maybe worth plumbing one in. It's on the shopping list, see. Need a good scrubber if this baby's going mixed gas. Thanks in advance. Digs. |

| OK, just had a look at the Diver Dave teardown, and this is the scrubber I want now. I like it. Where to get one though? Any friendly Azi instructors want to order one for me? It's nice, very nice. And will sidemount just where I want it I think. Plus being SS it might not float like the other one, which does have some interestting buoyancy characteristcis without any lead attatched! Digs. |

| The scrubber looks like a well made bit of kit Digger, radial and supposed to last from 4 to 5 hours? It's hard to belive that a unit costing less than half the Ybod price has a scrubber that lasts longer. Dave.

I wonder what testing standards they use. nigelH |

| The manual said it takes 2 Kg of scrubber material? As for testing standards, I've no idea. The unit itself looks good but the manual is a real let down. I down loaded and read the inspiration manual a full year before buying the unit. If my friend had taken this approach I don’t think he would have bought the Azi. Dave.

Scrubber life in warm water using small lime is quoted as 6 hours and big as 3. But I am not sure where that leaves Drager sorb ( I guess a bit in the middle). Yes it is a radial made of SS and Tig welded. A nice piece of kit which is sitting on my desk at the moment coz I need to find a pair of blanking ports for it so that it can be left filled with sorb.
