Halcyon BP and wing deal ?

DK if I put this in the right place, I thought about the classifieds but its not my stuff, (lots of discussion about it on scubaboard (ex US fire dept. They usually have top of the line stuff)
unfortunately I just brought a TP and wing but I thought if your in the market this looked like a good deal for less than 150 pounds. If its not a scam that is
