hi all founf this all very interesting many thanks i am new to the sport with only 5 dives under my belt but looking into buying some equipment have found bcd a little uncomfortable ok when inflate but as u deflate have found it to wiggle around now i dont know if it is ill fitting or thats the way it is so was thinking about wings as andy mentioned it in dive life as was wondering what uou all though would it be a good buy being my first bcd/wings
any information would be greatly recieved

My advice would be to go in to your LDS and try some on, my LDS is Divelife and I am sure Brett can let you try some different ones on and even take a couple down to the pool for you to try.
Don't get hooked into any one type from what you read on here, the best BC or wing setup is the one which feels comfortable, fits and is suitable your current diving.
It is impossible to make everything foolproof because fools are so ingenious
