Imported post <font color='#000080'>OK, I think I've found some webbing that's up to the job. I've had a few requests for webbing in the last few months, some of which I've been able to help with. I've now found some dogs danglies stuff, and all it needs is some good in-water testing before I'm certain. It's semi-reflective, thick, stiff, and strong as hell. It's so thick, however, it won't go through a weightbelt retainer in double thickness. So you're either on one-piece or you'll have to get it stitched. It's also a snug fit in the slots on my combro plate (www.backplates.co.uk) and won't move. Brilliant. I was getting tired of trying to adjust an unadjustable harness once it was on! So I'm back to a one-piece, which feels right now. I put the break in to make my life easier, and I've used it once, and it was just as much trouble. All in all, a waste of time. My only problem is that previous harnesses built with softer webbing have gove even softer in the water. If this one can stay nice and firm, I'm onto a winner. Oh, and in case anyone's intrested in the price, 50p a metre. I'll get a loda and bring it to the Stoney gig. I'm sure we'll have takers. Might sell a bit to the Stoney shop, they could do with some I'm sure...

Imported post <font color='#000080'>It's white, and kind of semi-reflective. I've got 5m I can give you at Vobster Daz. £2.50 please sir! Dom, I can send it to you, the postage isn't too bad for the stuff, but it's fairly heavy. I'm going to get some more anyway (I think I'm going to buy the roll off the guy) for the Stoney gig and whatever else, so if you want it, 50p a metre, PM me and we can sort it out. I've got an Apeks diapragm that I think you ordered a while back. It's been sitting here and I'd forgotten about it. And if it's not up to the job, or it's not right, just send it back, unless it's all cut up etc. Digs.

Imported post Digger You can also try the companies manufacturing heavy lift equipment - specifically slings. You get the webbing in 50mm, 75mm, 100mm etc. Over here the company is called Haggie Rand International. Very thick stuff, super comfortable, does not fold - approx 2 1/2 times as thick as the typical AP Valve webbing. And not to mention the light purple colour (50mm)...
