I dive a Zeagle with everything from a 7lt small pool cylinder to twins 12's+. Only thing to watch IMO is the bands that come with it. I use some buddy ones, as the original webbing is like a board and you just cant get it tight. It will feel different mind, so while the weather is warm, why not do some shallow stuff and have a play on a single? T. |

The bands that came with the wing were designed for twins so were way too long. I've hacked them down and will have a play in Horsea Island. If they won't hold I guess I'll have to invest in another set of cam bands - still cheaper than a new rig Griff |

| I use an SDS latching system for twins & also with a single adapter you can also use kent tooling singles adapter as long as your using a back plate{ally for travelling].I find the wing fine with twins or singles. Lee C futures lookin so bright I gotta wear shades |

| I was planning to use the wing without a plate (to save weight) and just bands and no singles adaptor - will this work OK? Griff |

![]() I've used indie banded twins without BP, no probs. |

| Finally got around to trying the Zeagle with a single. Felt fine underwater but on the surface it was trying hard to put me face down all the time - not ideal if I have a wait for the boat. I'm happy with the Zeagle with twins and don't really want to start a complete new setup - so may get a BCD - any comments on the Frog Cyan (not fussed about integrated weights)? Griff |

| I had a Zeagle ranger until recently. I used that with singles with no probs at all. Its only since moving to twins and a Hog set up that I changed to a wing and harness.

Bit late now obviously, but if anybody else is thinking Zeagle, dont get the Ranger, get the Tech. This version has a semi-rigid webbing backplate that would have meant you wouldnt have needed to buy another rig. So if you are even thinking about twins in the far-offf future, go Tech, not Ranger. try a) not completely filling the wing, and b) cambanding a couple of weights near the top of the cylinder You might find one or both of those addresses your issues without needing to buy something else.
