Northern Divers Sea Harrier

before i part with my cash, has anyone got any good / bad comments on ND Sea Harrier as a wing?

If you ask "what do i want to do with it", answer is "at the moment dive on singles, possible independant twins with option of manifolded twins in future"

A mate in our club has one and I'm convinced it must be made in the same factory as my Audaxpro wing because the two have identical features. It was quite cheap too. He dives indie 12's....I dive manifolded 12l Euro cylinders but have used it with singles too. Leaving aside the bungeed/unbungeed arguments, I think it's a well made piece of kit

There pants mate... if you want a light weight twin/single wing get a Buddy Tek wing.... they are far better...

Or look at a proper wing, with a metal backplate.

Diverite Rec wing with Transplate harness, bit more expensive but kit you'll have for a lifetime and does singles and twins.

If it was £20 then bargain. Otherwise spend £100 and get a buddy wing.

They're not good. Northern Diver don't seem to have quite got the whole wing thing right.

Digs.

It has one but obviously not a conventional one - "Fully reversible stainless steel back plate"

Have you tried one on ?

At £375 I think there are better options.

it has a steel back plate, this sandwiches the harness and the wing bladders between it and another sheet of steel on the back. the "reversable" bit is that rear plate is a very wide V, turn that round for twin or single

It has a steel back plate, the "reversible" part is the single tank adapter, and they're £220-ish from most places.
