Halelujah I'm a convert!

Just had my first dive with my new Pioneer 36lb wing with harness.

Wow.

I'm telling you, that bondage equipment isn't very much restraining. I'm freeeeee!

Easy peasy adjusting it.
Easy peasy getting in and out.
Buoyancy control. Weeeeee!
Compared to my old BCD I have taken out 3kg worth of weights in addition to the 2 kg that went with the steel backplate.

Now for some fine adjustments in salt water and a tuneup with the Halcyon ACB-system for the waist.

Life is good. And at a nice price I might add.

Kyrre

Hah, flattery will get you a long way.

Lost a wingnut on the first dive though. Locktite, will that do it? Any fancy solutions?

Hi

Weird, never lost a wingnut. I guess you are using a single tank adaptor. I use my pioneer with a couple of cambands. How many turns do you get before its tight?

If you don't plan on disassembling it too often then simple nyloc nuts will work fine.

Hmm... I guess you're actually right. A nyloc will do the trick. I'm after all not going to disassemble the whole thing that often...

Cheers,

Kyrre
