| CDG Online Incident Reporting System The CDG Online Incident Reporting System is now live. You can access it from a link on the CDG front page or go straight there at: CDG Web Site This resource has been made available for both CDG members and for non-members. Support the education of novice cave divers by adding your own experiences and the lessons you learned. The style of reporting can be gathered through reading the 34 reports that are currently on the system. Clearly there is no need to assign blame or to name people or sites. The objective is to pass on knowledge. Thank you to everyone who has been involved in this development.
