If you do a search in iPlayer for Scuba there's a CBBBeeeBeees kids programme called Bring It On where 2 childrens presenters do their OW in order to do a cage dive in SA. Reasonably intersting particularly when one presenter forgets how to purge in a lake near London and shoots to the surface.

They use London School of Diving and the instructor does his bit for customer service by bouncing the young female presenter up and down to get her in her wetsuit!

101'd it at the time so can burn to dvd. what i'd suggest is that i burn 3 dvd's then send to the first 3 who PM me. then those 3 burn 3 dvd's and send to..... you get the idea. good old pyramid distrib. also means if you want a copy, you may need to do your bit in return
