    Hi Caver37,

As others have said Martyn Farr is an excellent source of training.

As an alternative and if you are available next weekend how about going along to the CDG training camp in Derbyshire? See the threads on UKCaving and the Cave Diving Group site (which seems to be down just as I write this) and get in touch with Christine.

You should be able to at least have a try of the kit in a swimming pool and quiz lots of people on what they think and suggest as to training (and I know some of them have done Martyns courses rather than go through the CDG apprentice route). At least it's a starting point and from what you write it sounds as if you are well ahead with the caving aspects anyway which is an advantage.

    ATB,

    M.
