| Ingredients, 2 large Chicken Breast, chopped into chuncks. One can of Campbell's Condensed Asparagus Soup 1/2 pint of milk Hand full of mushrooms roughly chopped 6 - 8 stalks of Asparagus chopped Rice for two (follow rice cooking instructions) 1 tbl spoon Vegatable oil, 1 vegitable stock cube Add the oil to a cold wok or large frying pan and heat. When hot add Chopped Chicken Breast. - start the rice in the pan with the stock cube- When Chicken is browned off to your taste, Add Muchrooms ~1 minute later add tin of Campbell's Condensed Asparagus Soup Add the chopped Asparagus Add milk and reduce heat to low Simmer for 5-7 mins whilst stiring Add the rice to the plate and heap the Chicken and Muchrooms onto the rice with a large spoon/ladle. Delish..
