| Cell date ref D6. Purchased last June. Took one out of the bag on Sat. Just checked and this one has recovered to 0.18. Just taken the 2nd one out thinking that the first one was duff. This one is currently reading 0.14.

| That's not a good sign. I have had 2 fail from rebreatherspares. Get in touch with Rod and see if he will swap them out, granted the ones I had were a couple of months old but they should last longer than that. Try them in a pure O2 environment first though for half an hour, any longer than that and they should be working fine. Last edited by Ivon : 22-01-07 at 08:42 PM. |

| I would not be too worryed at what they read in air at ambient till they have been calibrated up...or have they?? What are the milli volt readings on the cells? If they are between 8-13.5 MV they are within spec. Try calibrating them up and then see what they read then at ambient in air. Should be around 0.20 ATB Gareth

| Cell is reading 10.6mV so is in spec. Just not hitting 20%. Hmmm. Will calibrate as suggested. Cheers ........... Garry

If this is post-calibration then yes, it's worrying as they are severely non-linear and I'd replace them. Janos
