Well I used to smoke twenty Embassy No.1 a day. I gave up six year ago, and I still cough and retch in the morning.

Well it obviously wasn't the smoking causing it! You might as well go back to smoking. I've managed to keep off them of late, still have the odd one here and there, working crap shifts at work isn't helping.

I have no idea how I afforded to smoke now. I don't have any money as it is, but an extra fiver every couple of days? No chance.

When I gave up smoking (admittedly for the second time) I promised myself that I wouldn't worry about how much I drank, ate, or how little exercise I did, as I would still be healthier than if I smoked.
