We flew with XL to sharm about a month ago, we had a 10kilo extra weight allowance for showing our diver cards. On the way back from Sharm they did care about the weight at all, we put our bags on differnt different weighing machines at the check-in desk and they all said different figures. Thye didnt even query it when we got to the front of the queue

XL

XL is now 15Kg allowance, then 10Kg free with your card. Then each 5Kg is £20, when booking in advance. If you book the holiday through them then the first 5Kg you buy is at £7.50 rather then £20.
