22kg APD wing is OK with ali 7s.

According to SWMBO most modern sewing machines can do bar tacking - should be relatively straightforward to add a D ring APD style to the new wing.

The original harness is probably the most comfortable I have worn hence my reluctance to get rid of it.

Yeah I could have some D-Rings fitted to the wing but that was one of the things I didn't like about the original once you clip on a single bailout on one side then reel/dsmb on the other side there is no way I can get through the interior doors of the scylla I am just too wide with it like that,
I know I need to loose some weight but I dont think it would make that much difference

I think for now the best thing will be to loose the weight pockets and go back to a weight belt until I can find a better way.
