    200mm Sewer Pipe Needed ....

    Following on from a post on RBW, I have decided to try and make myself an Inspo travel frame. The main component I need is about 1.3m of 200mm Sewer pipe.

    If anyone has some, or knows where I can get it, please let me know.

    Any particular material? I don't think you'll want pitchfibre or vitrified clay!

    Ummm... no, I was hoping for some sort of stiff plasticky stuff. Hopefully something I can work with hand/power tools but rigid enough to hold everything together....

    The wall thickness of something like MDPE will be about 15mm.

    You want to try one of the water company contactors. MayGurney or similar. They might have a nearby depot. That or look out for some gas pipe laying, that's usually MDPE too, just a different colour.

    How did I know I was going to regret this post....

    I'm going to have to keep the Inspo, in case I want to go travelling, can't afford the 50kg of excess baggage the Sentinal would cost me....
