Thanks for the info mike, i have started learning the other ones. I was told down your way you do them blindfolded. i am learning them normally, then with eyes closed, then with 5mm gloves and finally eyes closed with 5mm gloves.....

did you do them in a pool or in the sea, and what depth are we talking?
do they do them at 30+ so your a bit narked?

No worries, Did mine in the harbour in front of the uni dive centre, can't for the life of me remember what its called, only about 6m. Our sup. just mashed the shotlines up and down until everything went black. I don't recall if a had gloves on but if you get to a standard where you can do them with thick gloves behind you back you should walk it. Just play with a bit of rope whenever you've got a spare 5 mins. Good luck, Mike

Haha, Knowone said you can't take a pen with you. You can just twist the rope to make a loop. It doesn't have to be pretty, just has to do the job.
