Largest commercial diving firm In the UK?

    Hello everyone.

I'm trying to find out which commercial diving firm Is the most active in the UK.

If anyone could point me in the direction of such firms it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any help.

We are looking at making a documentary series on the world of UK commercial diving. To do this we would need a company or two that get enough exciting jobs on a regular basis so that we would have plenty to film.

It's just an Idea at the moment but If we can find the right company it would make a great series.

Not sure, Subsea 7, Technip (French owned)... the largest in the world by far is a Mexican company, don't know the name though.

Thats where it goes wrong, nothing exciting about North Sea diving anymore, the BIG jobs are elsewhere, Gulf of Mex, Asia, Caspian. We (me and some other lads) are looking at doing the same as you - in HD - but we are in the industry onboard a vessel that dives 24/7 so we have access to everything and time too. You'll find that film crews offshore are given little of either time or access as your needs aren't as important as offshore productivity. Good luck though.
