Wink

It must be a hoax; it says they are upgrading Dive Manager! If its true then what is the world comming to when dive computer manufacturers actually start producing half decent software for their wares? What next? A Windows version of ProPlanner?

PS The site says "End of 2004". I'll see if I can get a more accurate date.

Did you also notice there's yet another i/f to do the same job that the lead I've already got does?

Oh yes, and it probably won't come with the unit so you need to shell out another £30 for it and it will be a nightmare to align, insert and generally use. Oh, and it will probably use some kind of interface which went out with the ark. Series anyone?

Amazingly it says it's USB, and both cable and s/w come with the computer.

Anybody want to hazard aa guess at RRP? £650 I say, and I'm probably too low!

Dave

Looks like the interface cable plugs into the unit itself, and tother end is USB, which is nice

Yes it is USB - that plugs staight into unit. RRP is above £700 (including dive manager), but don't forget the transmitter @ £300.

I wonder if it will sell without the transmitter?
