| Hi I don't own a Suunto, but do remember from a previous post - I believe you can mark the dives in Download manager so that thery won't be downloaded again. Don't know how, but am sure that's what was said. HTH Martin |

The Vyper stores the profiles of somewhere between 20-60 dives - this depends on how frequently you set it to record the profile during the dive which I think can be 10 secs, 20 secs or 30 secs (without checking) and how long your dive is. Every time you download it only adds to your logbook the dives not already in it. So normally you should not have to delete anything. I once downloaded some profiles and got some weird results including an hour long dive, max depth 60m with an instant ascent time when the dive had been in Leybourne (max depth 10m!). I am fairly certain that what happened was when I clicked the transfer button on my PC I hit the one for Vytec or some other dive computer - hence the odd data. When I repeated the action it downloaded the correct profiles and I had to delete the wrong ones. That may be what happened to you and explains the sawtooth profiles which you were not expecting. Cheers

| When you've downloaded the computer (all the dives) you get them in the list, you can right click on the rubbish ones and chose "Ignore Dive". It will add this dive to a table "Ignored Dives" which will be periodically cleared (when the dive computer overwrites the memory that contains that particular dive). The sequence numbers of the dives will be adjusted, so that there is no gap where the ignored dive was.
