| If there is a problem then they will put it right, no problem. The instruction manual is not the best, though you probably have the new one. Best bet is get someone who knows their way round it to show you how it works. It really is a superb bit of kit once you get used to it. Hope this helps a bit. |

| I am always wary of technology and diving so waited for so long to make sure the bugs were ironed out and the price fell. |

| Stick with it, it really will pay off in the long run. Once it’s sorted take time to learn how to use it then like the ad’s say you won’t ever need another computer. Must admit though that the I/O port is a pain if you don’t want it and wear your computer on your right arm. This should have been an option rather than lumber everyone with it. Dave.

| As above From reading your post half the problem is a dodgy button and the other half is not being used to using the unit. DP are very helpfull so send the whole unit to them let them check it over and start again. OR get a replacement unit from the shop you baught it from and let them send it back. I have had my one over a year now and it works no problem. ATB Mark Chase

| It sounds like you have a combination of two problems, ones a dodgy button, and the second is user error.... sorry if that sounds patronising, it's not meant to be. The computer is basically driven by a series of button pushes, where you see a < that means short push (not half as some people mistake it for) and where it the < appears in bold, then it means a long push (hold it in until the function occurs). If the < is replaced by an icon, and short push will select the next icon (i.e. between gas and DVO) and a long push will enter the menu. Things like the screen rotating isn't a fault, it's actually a 'feature' and is controlled by short pushes on the L and R button at the same time, each push will rotate the screen 90 degrees. Stick with it mate, it's worth the small effort, and once you have it cracked, you'll wonder why you ever had a problem with it in the first place.... The only thing that I can't do, is play octopus one handed... Cheers Rich
