Interesting news - I heard recently that Delta P might be putting VPM into the VR3, and a colour screen is definitely coming soon.

I really hope not, they eat tons of battery power and I'd rather dive a unit that I know will last the dive in terms of power than a unit which has, lets face it, a pretty limited underwater feature.

Agree 100% with you nick as colour will not give you anything extra under water, I would have prefered that some options on the Vr3 are for free, like big graphics and gas planning feature. Also tought that proplanner comes with the unit but it didn't. Also mine is at Delta P after 1 dive after my Vr3 had a difference of 0.6m!

Regards

Pierre

Oh how wrong you are - if they pull their fingers out and sort out some new games, colour could be very useful - you imagine, utilising the IR interface to play networked doom on your Deco stops
