| Hoppy I believe you can get a USB to serial adapter - check out maplins or do a search on here for 'usb serial' and see what others have done. HTH Martin |

| Try this: http://www.yorkshire-divers.co.uk/fo...unto+interface I heard that with the D9 there was going to be a USB cable but don't know it will work with other suunto computers. I also heard thewre was going to be a 2.0 Dowload manager instead of 1.6. I belive it when I see it. |

Is there a PC-interface with USB connection available? Question My computer doesn't have a serial port. Is there a PC-Interface available with an USB connection or do you have a cable that can connect the interface with a USB-port?? Answer We are aware of the fact that new laptops and PCs do not have serial ports and a USB connected interface will probably be available in the future. Most of the products that are now available on the market have unfortunately been developed during a time when the serial port was still a standard. The development period for this kind of product is usually quite long, which is the main reason why the interface cable is available for serial ports only. It is possible, however, to connect the interface cable to the USB port using a serial to USB adapter. These adapters can usually be found in any computer accessory shop and Suunto also makes its own serial to USB adapter, which you can buy from your Suunto representative.
