Uwatec/Aladin Dive Computer Recall Notice!

Subj: Recall notice        



We have received the following recall notice from Scubapro/Uwatec



The recall notice relates to Aladin AIR X NitrOx computers AND ONLY AFFECTS MODELS MANUFACTURED IN 1995.



The date of manufacturer is stamped on the back of the dive computer, in the lower right hand corner.  The date code reads the number of the month followed by a decimal point and the year, for example "10.95".  The dive computers are blue and black wording "Aladin" and "NitrOx printed across the front screen.  If you have one of these computers, please stop using it immediately and return it to Scubapro who will replace it with the current Model, the Aladin Air Z Nitrox.



Please note that no other year for the Air X NitrOx or any  other model is affected by this recall notice.



If you have any queries or have one of the computers affected by the recall notice and want to know how to return the computer to Scubapro, please don't hesitate to contact me.
