Cressi - Superb customer service

Just thought I ought to give a big mention to the guys at Cressi here in the UK, I had a problem with my Cressi Computer and console, it leaked whilst on a trip to Tenerife. Ill fitting O ring was the cause. I thought that i would have a problem with this but how wrong could I be.

I took a covering letter to Cressi (I only live 5 miles away from them) along with the computer detailing how the problem occured. Whilst they said it was most unusual, they swapped it for a brand new one there and then. That is what I call customer service.
