| £47 inc. P & P. I'm pleased 'cos if there had been a problem at least it was already at the main place!

| Always good to read good service reports. Maybe we should have a sticky thread somewhere where all the good reports are posted together as a recommendations page ? |

| Does Suunto change batteries directly? I thought they get you to use a dealer instead? I had the batteries changed for my Cobra last year with Simply Scuba. If I remeber correctly it set me back some £25, but I was at the shop so no P&P.

| You can buy the battery and change it yourself on a Cobra. If you ask nicely you can send directly to Suunto.

| Sorry to put a bit of a downer on it but you can change batterys on Cobra's your self. Maplins sell them for about £3 and its dead easy to change it even tells you how in the user manual. Even if you do screw up the battery compartment is seperate from the rest of the computer so it only that that gets flooded. |

| My Mossies simple to do £5 at the LDS gets you a new battery O ring (Pre-Greased) & compartment lid, bish bash bosh done, As mentioned above the battery compartments sealed from the electronics so anything goes wrong & its only the battery gets trashed |

| I think Divers Warehouse charge £20 for a Suunto battery change! Paul
