I had thought about the sensus pro but I would still miss the backlight and the stopwatch feature. I will check out the Gecko though and see what limitations it has. I thought it was more a recreational computer.

VR3? Erm... No. I have no need for its 'advanced' features

Hi

Thought I'd just update this. Can someone let me know what the best prices are around for the Vyper, Vytec, and the Aladin Tec (Yes, I haven't got around to buying yet. Had to pay for a wedding and honeymoon!!)

I've seen the Vyper for 225 and the Tec for 299. I'd guess the vytec is the same as the Aladin Tec, but it seems a lot to pay for a glorified stopwatch, so I am siding with the Vyper at the moment, so where are the best deals?

You might have missed this ... Seems many are favouring the new Scubapro....like use say tho a very expensive underwater stopwatch ... the old Tec seems a bargain at £199.
