Question VR3 conflict with epsom scanner/printer ?

Has anybody else had this problem ?
put VR3 disk in drive ,click install prolog ,click no to uninstall previous version (never had one before !)& up pops the epsom scanner/printer utillity
Tried repeatedly but same problem .
The epsom is on usb ,the vr3 is on serial .have even turned of the epsom ,no joy ,so unplugged the epsom usb but still no joy .
I don't really want to remove all the epsom software as its on the network & was a bitch to set up up
Any ideas ?

Advice

Hi Colin.

See if you have the most up-to-date software for both the VR3 and the Epson from their respective websites, it can quite often be an older version of software with bugs in that a newer version would resolve.

Also have a look in Control Panel, System, Device Manager to see if you have any question mark or crosses.

PM me if you need more help.

Ross.
