Suunto stinger glass repair

Hi,
Just wondered if anybody knows of any place that will replace the glass on the stinger, i have put a big scratch down the front of it. Dont know if its even possible to replace or any ideas on any magic glass cleaners that may sort it out. the scratch is not deep because you cant feel it when you run your finger over it.

Most diveshops (here atleast) have / can order a replacement for the glass.
Since you have to remove it for battery changes also it's no big deal to replace the glass. Last time it costed me around 15 euro.

Just a thought:
there are plastic covers available for the mosquito/stinger which will protect your computer during a dive.

Thumbs up had mine replaced

sent mine to suunto a few years back can't remember how much it cost but it was returned very quickly. as for covers etc. never use them and I ware my stinger all the time, as I work in the building trade just goes to show how tough it is.

Hi Lee,

I can do this for you at my workshop. Cost £25 - supply, fit and pressure test. I can turn this around by return. PM me for contact details.

Regards

Dave
