Excellent service from Suunto Diving UK

Twice this year I've had contact with Suunto Diving UK. Both times there service has been excellent.

I had to send my D9 back to them when they recalled certain batches due to a software concern. I posted it to them on the Wednesday and it was delivered back to me on the Saturday of the same week. With a new battery installed and a nice Suunto padded bag thrown in as way of recompence.
I've just had to send a Gecko back to them which had locked up. Within three days they sent me a new computer even though the one I had returned was out of warranty.

So credit where it's due you can't knock that for service.

Stuart

I had a bit of contact with Suunto UK when my Cobra froze on me during a dive, taking out my computer, depth gauge and SPG in one.

Sent it back with a 'nasty'ish letter, and got it replaced for a Suunto Vytec DS, console and compass, and the smallish difference in price between the two sets was stood by Suunto by way of an apology.

Absolutely no complaints with their customer service whatsoever - top notch, no hassle, customer is always right etc

David

Can only echo the above. Not had a problem with any of my Suunto products but they are always reliable and quick with service work.

A Suunto Contact

Has anyone got an email address for Suunto diving equipment enquiries, I've got a simple question about my Vyper I'd like to ask . The Vyper has served me well and is regularly voted 'best bit of diving kit' in polls.

Cheers
